Chain plate spiral conveyor, also known as spiral elevator conveyor, spiral conveyor system, is a vertical continuous conveying equipment widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical, grain and mechanical processing departments. Our spirals effectively handle any conveyable loads including bags, bundles totes, trays, pales, cans, bottles, containers, wrapped and unwrapped items.

Flexible layout:

All soyer spirals are customized upon different requirements on the location of the in and out feed tangents and are available in four basic configurations.

Main angles between in and out feed tangents are 90° 180° 270° 360°，which can satisfy most industries' layout requirements. All configurations run upward or downward in a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation and can optionally be reversible.

Smooth transition:

Soyer FDA USDA compliant strip with flat and smooth surface guarantee small friction, and it can transport all kinds of glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and other materials, and can also transport all kinds of bags without any damaging/cuts/scoring marks etc. Accurate and stable conveying speed greatly ensure synchronous conveying. Simple installation:

Soyer spiral conveyors are equipped with hooks and designed in one piece. It can be easily linked with chain hoist.

Spiral Technologies:

-Spiral conveyor manufacturing material: powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel, spiral conveyor in aluminum pillar.

-Chain: anti-slippery high strength special spiral chain, effective width is 304.8mm, with 4 bearings at bottom, POM material, upper blue color.

-The total chain length of vertical spiral conveyor design: 60m for carbon steel bottom chain, 48m for stainless steel bottom chain.

-Spiral conveying width: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 600mm customized up to 1200mm.

-Spiral lifting height: The single drive is up to 6 meters, but it varies depending on the actual carrying speed and the load to match the total length of the conveyor. 2. Multiple series connection heights up to 20 meters.

-Vertical spiral application: Beverage, beer, cigarette, postal, newspaper, printing, food, pharmaceutical, logistics, electronics and other industries.

-Conveyor lifting (one motor) maximum load: carbon steel bottom chain <750kg, stainless steel <600kg.
